In addition to freshwater lakes and rivers, Sweden has an extensive indented coastline where you can experience true maritime adventure. Unlike inland waters, sea fishing is mostly free and requires no special license — just a rod or spinning gear is enough.

Along Sweden's east coast, thousands of islands and skerries are scattered. You can rent a boat or fish from shore on one of the archipelago islands — chances of catching large sea trout or pike are very high. The waters near Stockholm are known for salmon and sea trout; licensed guides operate in the city, offering daily tours throughout the archipelago.
Off the southern coast, around Hanö Bay and near the town of Simrishamn, lie the country's best spots for trophy Atlantic salmon. Trolling is practiced here, and specimens weighing over 25 kg are not uncommon. We organize sea tours on comfortable boats with all necessary equipment and guidance.
The west coast, including Kattegat, is famous for deep-sea fishing along rocky shores. Here you can catch cod, mackerel, garfish, sea trout, and even lobster; many tours combine fishing with a seafood culinary journey.
Gotland, Sweden's largest island located in the center of the Baltic Sea, offers unique sea fishing opportunities. The indented coastline stretching over 800 km is full of bays, capes, and rocky reefs. Sea trout fishing is excellent here, especially in spring and autumn when they come close to shore. Large zander inhabit the numerous bays, and flounder can be found on sandy flats. The medieval town of Visby adds a special atmosphere to fishing tours.
8000 islands with a unique ecosystem. Gullmaren Strait near Lysekil — mackerel, herring, sea trout, and lobsters.
Infrastructure for anglers, deep-sea expeditions. Cod, mackerel, pollock, catfish, and wolffish.
